I obtained my Bachelor Degree in Dietetics from the University of Connecticut, and am a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and Greater New York Dietetic Association.  As a graduate of the Coordinated Program of Dietetics within the School of Allied Health, I completed an intensive internship rotation in various settings - clinical, community, food service, counseling, and research. 

My lifelong passion for nutrition, cooking, and a healthy lifestyle has inspired me to help others experience how great healthy can taste and feel from the inside out!  I continue to grow my knowledge of nutrition through continuous research, certified education classes on various topics including functional nutrition and culinary nutrition, and my experiences with my own health.
